•Part time on Neuro PCU. Responsible for IV medications/antibiotics, drips, blood products, many neuro and cardiac patients, & post procedures on a progressive care unit.

Med-surge/ICU patients in an acute hospital setting with wound vacs, wound dressing changes, tracheostomy’s/trach collar, ET tubes, bipap, cpap, ventilators, aervo, suction, covid unit, pacemakers, telemetry, gastrostomy tubes, NG & OG tubes, central lines, FMS tubes, Foley catheters, colostomy, illeostomy & urostomy’s, PRCB's, IV therapy, bladder scans, critical drips (levo, epi, dopamine, precedex, propofol, etc), assist doctor/RT with sedation/paralytics while intubating in facility. I also work PRN as house superviso. thisfacility & remain PRN.

Worked a travel contract that that extended to an intra-hospital contract for 6 months. Float pool on PCU, Medsurge, and rehab unit.

Responsible for care of patients administering meds,
blood products, telemetry, pre and post care of many procedures, IV fluids/antibiotics/cardiac drips feeding tubes, different respiratory apparatus devices, working with the care team to improve patient care.

• Travel contract in Wisconsin in a hospital as a Med-surge/tele RN x11 weeks and floated to cardiac step down & covid unit.
• Skills to include, IV antibiotics, fluids, peripheral lines, central lines, PRBC's, platelets, heparin drips, Bumex drip, care of patient's before and after diagnostic procedures, tracheostomy's, trach collar, vapotherm (humidified high flow), purwick, FMS, foley catheters, and more.
• From 2020-2021 I also worked for Bluewater staffing doing Covid testing (PCR, rapids, and antigen) on the side.

• Working in different facilities, different shifts, primarily in hospital setting with ICU/med-surge patients. Critical drips such as levophed, epi, etc. Experience with trachs, ET tubes, vents, and covid units.

• Responsible for care of adult patients in the home setting
• This includes care of obtaining vitals, assessment under RN supervision, patient education, verifying medications/administration, calling in refills if applicable, wound care, lab work, UA’s, communicating with doctors/transcribing doctor's orders, electronic charting via Kinnser

• Charge nurse on a designated hall in LTC setting
• This included responsibility of obtaining vitals, assessments under RN supervision, medication administration, care of gastrostomy tubes, assisting with ADL’s, care of tracheostomy patients, proper documentation, doctor communication/orders.

• Responsible of care for special needs children in a home setting
• This included care of gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomy's, medication administration, chest physiotherapy, ensuring parents are educated on medications, going to doctor appointments, doctor orders, obtaining vitals.
