•Part time on Neuro PCU. Responsible for IV medications/antibiotics, drips, blood products, many neuro and cardiac patients, & post procedures on a progressive care unit.
Med-surge/ICU patients in an acute hospital setting with wound vacs, wound dressing changes, tracheostomy’s/trach collar, ET tubes, bipap, cpap, ventilators, aervo, suction, covid unit, pacemakers, telemetry, gastrostomy tubes, NG & OG tubes, central lines, FMS tubes, Foley catheters, colostomy, illeostomy & urostomy’s, PRCB's, IV therapy, bladder scans, critical drips (levo, epi, dopamine, precedex, propofol, etc), assist doctor/RT with sedation/paralytics while intubating in facility. I also work PRN as house superviso. thisfacility & remain PRN.
Worked a travel contract that that extended to an intra-hospital contract for 6 months. Float pool on PCU, Medsurge, and rehab unit.

blood products, telemetry, pre and post care of many procedures, IV fluids/antibiotics/cardiac drips feeding tubes, different respiratory apparatus devices, working with the care team to improve patient care.
