As a receptionist I am the access point from our customers to our business. I work closely with management to direct our customers throughout our company. My tasks Include, but are not limited to, Overseeing payments and Balancing the cash drawer, Checking our employees in and out, and Making and receiving business related phone calls. Providing quality Customer service and Being able to quickly problem solve is also an important part of my roll.
Transport the equipment to the events in my personal vehicle.
-Set up the photo booth, backdrop and adjust camera settings. (Including lighting, ISO and Aperture.) Photography skills come into play with this.
-Maintain a professional attitude while i am monitoring the photo booth at events such as weddings, birthday parties, Corporate events and social events.
-Maintaining equipment and supplies, including props, photo booth paper and backdrops.
-Store the photo booth and equipment when not in use.
I maintain:
Schedule appointments with home builders and new home owners. Trouble Shoot for security monitoring. Sell security monitoring contracts to new and existing customers. Collect payments from homeowners and builders for invoices, new equipment, equipment replacements and ongoing contracts. Data entry for company files.
