Sr. Youth Coordinator

• Create and deliver the onboard Youth Program for the Summer and Festive seasons, providing children ages 5 - 17 with engaging activities and ensuring their safety while in care
• Act as a leader to Youth Coordinator (now Program Assistant) throughout the season, providing feedback and encouragement
• Research and create exciting Youth Outings around the globe, bringing the destination alive for the children onboard
• Keep up with the latest trends in entertainment, games, crafts, and activities for children of all ages in order to keep the onboard offerings current and engaging
• Monitor and maintain the Youth Program budget, spending accordingly

Relief Program Coordinator

• Act as administrator for all Program Team matters
• Assist in the planning, creation, and set-up for onboard events and parties, including large-scale events like Halloween
• Act as MC when needed, introducing shows and lectures as well as hosting events and recording the daily show in the Program Manager's absence
• Write scripts for comedic sketches and shows produced by the Program Team
• Know the names and preferences of our Residents, establishing and maintaining friendly rapport and delivering a personalized hospitality experience
• Schedule and act as point of contact for Lecturers and Musicians
• Proofread all publications related to Program Department before distribution
• Assist with Expedition planning and logistics from a Program standpoint
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships within the Program Team, as well as other shipboard departments, ensuring a collaborative environment
• Conduct weekly team trainings to ensure all areas of Program are up to standards

• Provide entertainment and enrichment for over 1500 Crew Members working onboard
• Communicate and foster relationships with all departments shipwide to ensure that all Crew needs are being met
• Ensure that all Crew functions are approved and can happen seamlessly
• Monitor and take ownership of all Crew spaces to ensure that they are meeting Disney standards of cleanliness and presentability
• Create and publish the weekly Crew Navigator to keep Crew Members informed of the daily events available to them
• Plan and facilitate large annual events such as Crew Awards and the DCL Games
• Maintain and balance budget

• Facilitate trainings for the Academic team
• Train new Academic team members upon their arrival in China
• Observe fellow Foreign Trainers and provide feedback for their continued improvement

• Teach English to local children using the magic of Disney storytelling
• Hold parent-teacher conferences to provide helpful feedback to parents and field any possible concerns
• Host events for new and potential learners to foster enthusiasm for the Disney English product
• Create and provide trainings for fellow Cast Members to foster teamwork and pride in the Company

• Act as a mentor and guide new Entertainment Hosts as they begin their careers
• Observe and evaluate the performances of trainees and provide feedback
• Serve as a leader to peers and exemplify Disney standards of Show at all times

• Engage children ages 3-17 in one-of-a-kind Disney themed programs
• Portray characters original to Disney Cruise Line to create a magical experience for children
• Employ creativity and improvisational skills to keep children engaged throughout all programs
• Create new stories and programs for holidays and special events
