  • Manage a wide variety of planting areas, general grounds care including burials and mausoleum internment, snow removal and annual cleaning maintenance in all mausoleums in winter.
  • Toledo Metro Parks volunteer, active member Green Ribbon Initiative and Wild Ones Oak Openings Chapter member through employment at Toledo Memorial Park.
  • Fall 2019 Collaborated with the Green Ribbon Initiative and Toledo Metro Parks to submit an application for native seed that was received by completing volunteer hours and time worked to prep 1.7 acre oak openings native wildflower prairie and walking paths with articles published by the Sylvania AdVantage and GRI newsletter. With some public interest I created and manage a Facebook page about the prairie in hopes of creating a platform to share the importance of plants for a balanced ecosystem.
  • Responsible for ordering annual flowers and bulbs, working with various local nurseries and utilizing community resources such as the Lucas Soil and Water Conservation District.
  • Coordinate and lead small group projects i.e. New garden construction, renovate existing landscaping, planting and maintenance year round.
