I have worked a unique job onboard Amtrak's long distance trains for over 7 years. Unique in the ways that it requires 100% travel responsibility and commitment, assertiveness as the Manager on Duty (MOD), and adaptive to an ever-changing working environment. Working cross-country has its challenges and I excel at them. I've learned a lot through my travels at Amtrak and I'm ready to plant my roots closer to home.
As the Lead Service Attendant (LSA) I was in charge of train crew operations, money management, time management, inventory and much more. I ran the Dining Car and Cafe Car onboard long distance trains out of Los Angeles and the Surfliners from San Diego to San Luis Obispo. Both roles required time management and dedication to the job. I loaded my car with stock (food, beverages and support items) and verified what I received from Aramark. Over the course of the trip I sold, restocked, and back ordered food and beverage while maintaining a clean work environment, managing important paperwork, and my revenue through our POS system.

Alorica is a call center for Verizon Wireless. I answered calls from customers concerned with their billing statement, past payments, new phone activations, and much more. I maintained a great reputation with every customer I helped, and received rave reviews on surveys taken by the customers in regards to the service they received during our call.
