Accomplishments

    I was promoted to line lead supervisor with in just being employed with conmet five short months! I've now been employed with conmet for one year and eight months and my manual assembly line has won the 'Best in Area' show place award twice now since I've been promoted to line lead with ConMet. Our line won our first award in February 2023 and we won the same award this year as well also in the month of February 2024! Consolidated Metco aka ConMet is the very first plant I have ever worked for. I am very observant and pay very close attention to detail ; I am also very compassionate about my work!
