I continue to pursue excellence as a teacher. I have taught a range of classes, including grades Pre-K through 4th as well as music, art, STEM, PE, and library. I have enhanced classroom management by implementing positive reinforcement strategies and maintaining clear expectations for behavior. I have mentored new substitute teachers, sharing best practices for effective classroom management and instructional techniques.

I taught 3, 4, and 5 year olds in a private school setting. I worked hard to enhance student reading skills by implementing engaging literacy activities and utilizing age-appropriate books. I boosted children's social development by promoting positive interactions among peers through group activities and collaborative projects. I designed creative lesson plans that incorporated hands-on activities and interactive learning experiences to foster curiosity and engagement in young learners. I evaluated student performance regularly through observation, assessment tools, and parent-teacher conferences to ensure academic growth was being achieved consistently across all areas of development.

I improved students' physical abilities through the implementation of age-appropriate motor skill development programs. I increased student participation by incorporating physical fitness activities and team-building exercises. I reinforced safety procedures during physical activities, ensuring a secure environment for all participants. I assisted in implementing school-wide behavior management strategies, promoting a respectful atmosphere within the gymnasium setting.
