  • Exceptional customer service was the main objective in this position
  • I wanted to provide the customer with someone they felt comfortable coming to so we could grow our relationship and bring on more opportunities
  • This position showed me several different ways of communicating to a customer and from this I've learned that effective communication almost always makes any issues you may have dissolve rather quickly.
