  • Leads on all oil and gas, LNG, and related infrastructure policy and projects for the White House including building domestic pipeline and LNG facility infrastructure and strategically building re-gasification units and import terminal facilities abroad; leads on permitting domestically for all above mentioned projects and works cross-functionally with Congress to achieve those goals.
  • Leads on all International Affairs for NEDC inclusive of: energy trade deals, therefore coordinating with Commerce, State Department, and USTR on all energy trade negotiations. Liaisons with all foreign governments for oil and gas activity internationally.
  • Leads and policy development initiatives to enhance national energy strategies and drive regulatory alignment for the Gulf of America, Alaska, and all federal land for oil and gas development inclusive of build out of AI data centers, nuclear, and permitting for all the mentioned activities; drafts legislation and regulatory language for agencies and Congress to advance the White House energy agenda for NEDC.
  • Coordinates and directs agencies from the White House on all policy related to oil and gas exploration, production, and development as well as trade negotiations for crude and natural gas liquids: Commerce, USTR, Department of Defense, Department of Energy, State Department, Environment Protection Agency, Federal Regulatory Commission, Department of Interior.
  • Manages external stakeholder relationships with Executives, commercial, and government relations teams of the largest energy companies to deliver outcomes for executing their projects. Ex.: building William's NESE and Constitution pipeline
  • Gives direction to the Department of the Interior for all oil and gas activity pertinent to federal lands and jurisdiction for Chairman Doug Burgum and acts as Secretary Doug Burgum's strategic advisor in planning and executing policy and travel engagements for advancing President Trump's NEDC agenda.
