As a portfolio property manager, some of my daily tasks include checking in with the associations board of directors and following up on any pending items such as proposals, contracts, screening applications, invoices and pending projects. Sending monthly manager reports along with the communities financials for review by the board of directors. At the moment I am managing 12 associations, I go to them once a week to check for any violations or items of liabilities that need to be taken care of. Aside from the office tasks and community visits, I offer excellent customer service to owners, vendors, applicants etc.
I practiced real estate for quite a few years up until 2022. My license is currently inactive. While I was practicing is where I became familiar with different association applications and becoming familiar with property management terminology. As an agent my customer service was excellent, I catered to the clients needs and wants and always had happy clients.
This was an onsite community that was half rentals and half homeowners association. I worked in the rental office but my office also dealt with the homeowners. As a leasing agent my duties were to show apartments, run background checks, accept rental payments and schedule any maintenance appointments with residents.
