- Assisted in opening The Dead Rabbit Austin location as the Bar manager. Contributed to developing the cocktail menu, selecting spirits for the back bar, creating Mise maps for the wells, fridges, freezers and walk ins.
- Assisted in hiring and training a brand new staff. Continuing to re-work our systems for best training out comes. Actively working with team members on growth.
- Responsible for running weekly meetings for our beverage team. For proper planning for menu flips, R & D etc.
- Responsible for all ordering and sourcing for all bar and front of house needs.

- Managing our Front of House and Back of House staff on a daily basis.
- Responsible for all events. This includes outreach to gain interest, potential client walk throughs, curating food and beverage packages to best fit their needs and following through on event day.
- Responsible for all off premise Pop-ups and events. Within staffing, sourcing and batching. Creating relationships to have create these events. Examples have been at Fierce Whiskers Distillery, Murray's Tavern and Luck Ranch.
I have completed certifications in TABC Management, and am the current Health Code Certified Manager of our location.
