• Experience in sourcing active and passive candidates through various methods including sourcing through social media and professional websites (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, ZoomInfo, People Finder, Facebook, etc.) while keeping in mind diversity & inclusion.

• Complete understanding and adherence to CFPB policies, investor requirements, compliance standards and lending procedures -Contact with private investors and government agencies to resolve any issues or questions that may arise on loan files, programs, etc.

• Reviewed and analyzed income including tax return analysis.
