My current role as a server at Pizza Stone is to provide attentive customer service in a fast paced restaurant, taking accurate orders, delivering food and beverages promptly, addressing customer concerns to ensure a positive dining experience, process payments efficiently and maintain a clean and organized dining area in compliance with health and safety standards.

While working as a customer service representative at Turk Furniture my main role was to provide exceptional customer service at the front office by: greeting customers, answering inquiries, processing sales transactions and payments including financing applications, and addressing complaints and concerns. Coordination with sales, warehouse, manufacturing representative and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction was key to my role. I also maintained accurate records, and scheduled appointments for deliveries.

As a Housekeeper a Turk Furniture my main role was to maintain a clean and organized furniture showroom which included: dusting and polishing furniture, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning glass surfaces, ensuring restrooms were fully stocked and sanitary, emptied trash bins, and supported the overall store appearance. While also ensuring accurately tagged furniture with pricing, product descriptions, and promotional details, ensuring clear and up-to-date information for customer satisfaction.

As a dough maker at Monicals my main role was to prepare, mix, and portion high-quality pizza dough in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring consistent texture and flavor while maintaining strict cleanliness and sanitation standards.

While working the Front Counter at Monicals my main role was to greet customer and maintain positive customer interactions at the front counter, taking accurate orders for takeout and delivery including inputting accurate delivery addresses and instructions, process payments, organize pickup orders, maintain effective communication with kitchen staff to ensure order completion, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
