I've ran line 1 MC for a few months while PS was off on medical, also covered TC Line 1 & 2 inspection rotation with other offline for 7 months.
• Operating and monitored aluminum machining equipment used in the manufacturing of transmission cases.
• Performed model changeovers and verified correct tooling, fixtures, and machine settings to ensure production requirements were met. *From autoloader to leak testers.
• Operated and interacted with Fanuc robotic systems, including troubleshooting minor faults and assisting with production recovery when needed.
• Conducted leak testing of transmission cases and verified product integrity according to quality standards.
•Performed quality inspections using gauges, visual inspection techniques, and measurement tools to ensure parts met specifications.
•Followed Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to safely service, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
•Responding to machine alarms and production issues while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
•Maintained accurate production and quality records and communicated issues to team members and supervisors.
•Worked in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adhering to company safety policies and continuous improvement initiatives

• Know and signed off on all inline and washer processes in ALMC
• Have basic knowledge on how to diagnose issues on leak test and know
what seal to change during a issue with parts failing
• Currently training on line 1 and 2 TC inspection
• Knows what a plug gauge (NO go GO gauge), thread percentage gauge,
digital calipers, air mics, and used CMM when running side hole checks
• Does daily COP items to areas that are need and does basic weekly PM's
•Have PIT training completed and currently using electric Pallet jack, tugs
and forklifts
• Have knowledge in quality on what to look for and when to contact staff
