• Create container labels for federal and state product registration by composing technical and general label content through collaboration with the Product Development & Marketing teams
• Review, evaluate, and provide regulatory guidance and approval for all product labels and/or promotional literature congruent to federal and state trends and newly emerging policies
• Identify high risk label content and advance corrective language for mitigation, and employ version control techniques to ensure product label compliance
• Interface with diverse cross-functional areas within a matrix product develop team consisting of Marketing, Legal, Sales, Product Development, Technical Services, Operations, Project Management, and Sourcing

• Prepare and file state pesticide and fertilizer applications including compiling submission materials, monitoring and coordinating responses to questions from regulatory authorities to obtain regulatory approvals in support of product launches in key markets.
• Maintain rigorous documentation for all phases of regulatory state submissions, including position statements, method of analysis, notice of approval, renewal license, and label revisions.
• Provide input on regulatory issues relating to developmental and post-marketing conditions within the states.
• Ensure appropriate prioritization and resourcing of projects and deliverables to meet agreed timelines.
• Actively participate in the external regulatory environment through networking with key regulators and industry committees/work groups, identifying opportunities to influence guidelines that optimize business results.
• Assist in understanding, interpreting and complying with all state pesticide & fertilizer laws and regulations pertaining to the sale and use of products in assigned states, and U.S. territories.
• Provides commercialization support for new and amended registered products to minimize time to market and ensure continued compliance on the market.
