  • I had to familiarize myself with AWS tools, portals, and software in order to effectively guide partners through any questions they might have.
  • Regularly conducted check-ins with partners to ensure they stayed on track and provide walkthroughs of any questions they had on tools and software. While also being available to them via email.
  • Developed co-marketing campaigns for improved brand recognition and increased sales leads.
