Electronic Repairer-

  • conducted 15,000+ hour of diagnostics, repaired frayed wires, used fault isolation procedures to ensure safe maintenance of the aircraft resulting in the safety of 24 Aircraft and 62 crews, maintained 6 aircraft while in a hazardous environment under stressful conditions.
  • Troubleshot and repaired malfunctioning systems and components.
  • Repaired or replaced wiring, equipment and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
  • Interpreted drawings, wiring diagrams, flow charts and written description of aircraft
  • Tested electrical systems functionality and continuity of circuits using devices such as ohmmeters, and voltmeters.
  • Inspected electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and need for adjustment or repair.

August 2018- May 2019

Maintenance Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO)/ Squad Leader-

  • In charge of all maintenance done to 24 Apache, Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) over 18 Forward Arming Refuel Points (FARP) resulting in 64 crews being certified on the gun shooting tables.
  • Briefed in a Production Control meeting briefing the status of all aircraft and upcoming maintenance and likelihood of when an aircraft would be mission capable. Oversaw the welfare of 15 Soldiers ensuring care and mission readiness.

Platoon Sergeant/Section Sergeant-

  • Ran platoon maintenance over 4 separate airframes, Chinook, Apache and Blackhawk ensuring all maintenance is done to the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), ensured the safety and day to day functions of 45 soldiers with zero injuries.
  • Maintained the scheduling of 45 soldiers including vacation time, and appointments ensuring work force is always present to meet the mission set.

  • Ensured proper technical procedures were followed during an European deployment, handled a 3 country field training exercise
  • Performed routine and complex maintenance and repairs on various electrical equipment in varying weather conditions.

  • Ensured Aircraft compliance with Safety of Flight (SOF) messages, Aviation Maintenance Action Message (AMAM), Aviation Safety Action Message (ASAM) and Maintenance Work Orders (MWO).
  • Inspected all maintenance done to 24 aircraft to ensure it met engineering specifications and safety of flight standards.
  • Enforced new protocols for ensuring faster and safer inspections of aircraft resulting in time saving maintenance increasing mission readiness.

  • Managed company Bench Stock consisting of 700 line items required for any equipment needed to conduct the maintenance ( screws, bolts, O-Rings )
  • Manage 4 Million dollars worth of aircraft testing equipment
  • ensuring stock is always filled and that no shortages arise, if a shortage does arise order more parts.
  • Inventoried and created a system for fast and efficient location of items needed for maintenance protocols
