• Provide patient care across multiple units (med-surg, telemetry, specialty floors)
• Administer medications and monitor patient status
• Perform assessments and report changes in condition
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, quality care
• Document accurately in electronic health records

• Duties: Take and document all patient history and vital signs
• Assist with daily triage/sick call, minor medical surgical procedures and examinations and/or treatments
• Administer medications
• Perform venipuncture
• Collect samples, specimens and cultures
• Transcribe therapeutic orders

•Assess and triage obstetric and gynecologic patients via phone and in-person, determining the urgency of symptoms and directing care accordingly.

•Educate patients on prenatal care, postpartum recovery, contraception, and gynecologic health concerns.

•Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure timely and appropriate patient care.

•Manage urgent and emergent patient situations, including high-risk pregnancies and gynecologic complications, following clinical protocols.

•Document patient interactions, assessments, and care plans accurately in electronic health records (EHR).

•Assist with scheduling, referrals, and coordination of follow-up care.

•Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients experiencing pregnancy loss, fertility challenges, and other sensitive health issues.
