• As first time Head Girls Basketball Coach for TJCA, I developed offensive and defensive game plans, managed and supervised athletic activities, contests, and practice sessions, to promote individual growth in athletic skills, teamwork, discipline and good sportsmanship.

• Helped TJCA Girls team to win their first Conference Championship in 1A/2A west NC state girls basketball. Finished first place in conference with a undefeated record for the first time in TJCA school history. Led team to state championship game for the first time in school history. 24-3 overall.

• Led TJCA girls varsity team to a undefeated home record for first time in school history. Moved up in NC state rankings from 300 to 140. Moved up to top 10 in North Carolina 1A/2A west rankings and top 25 in Charlotte rankings.

• Coordinated the development and recruitment for the Girls Basketball Program.
