  • Plan and implement transfer trips to 4-year institutions as well as ensure that students are knowledgeable of budgeting for financial aid and expenses at the transfer institution
  • Collaborate with Student Services, other college personnel and community agencies to identify and access additional support services to help program participants meet their goals
  • Provide services to program participants in accordance with the Competitive Preference Priorities listed in our grant application
