Running our household while my husband worked to build his company from the ground up and supporting him with assisting in scheduling and answer phone lines until he was up and running full time. I have balanced schedules for all 6 of us while my husband worked 80-100 hours/week and executing my own job, which is more like 24 hours than a normal 9-5. Thankfully, through hard work and sacrifice, my husband was able to quit his full time job and take our company full time in February 2025.

Accomplishments
I was asked to apply for the Investigations Coporal position when I was a certified officer at Dorney Park, after I had taken the IPMBA certifiecation, which I was also asked to get (not all officers were allowed)
I was asked to apply for the Children's Ministry Associate position, which I started in December of 2019. When our Pastor of Family Ministries resigned I was asked to step into a full-time role as the Director of Children's Ministry in June of 2024
I was asked to be on the Executive Leadership Team after changes in staff were made and also changes to who was on the team were made. This team works together in strategic planning and oversight of other teams and ministries
I think that being asked to be in each of these roles shows my ability to lead, manage, and hold myself and others accountable. It highlights that prove myself in the work that I do and hold myself to a high standard that others can clearly see, and that I am edified for it.
