Responsible for timely and complete documentation of an appeal and/ or grievance for accurate written documentation to members advising of an resolution within 30 calendar days of the initial complaint
Prepare and mail written resolution letters to members
Work directly with regulatory team to to ensure compliance and department processes are met with state regulators and stakeholders
