- Lead the transitioning and opening of the new Ohio State University University Hospital from an anesthesia standpoint consisting of 32 operating rooms with gas machines and ensuring necessary equipment and functionality.
- Trained new staff on equipment usage, safety standards, and departmental protocols to improve team competency.
- Hands on in liver transplant procedures including induction, arterial line placement sterile prepping of the neck for central line placement and assisting of floating the SWAN GANZ catheter.
