In the schooling for this certificate I leaned how to use CAD, Inventor, Solid works, and the basics of hand drafting. I went through the standards and learned GD&T for prints. I learned how to do 3D modeling and 2D on several programs. I also took some material science classes to understand how different materials will work and react in different situations and environments. We also went over standards for prints based on imperial or metric units of measurement.
