Also organized and conducted recruiting events, including campus visits, to showcase program strengths and to help develop relationships between players and coaches while adhereing to NCAA recruiting rules and regulations.
• Managed a recruitment database, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with NCAA regulations.
• Cultivated relationships with high school coaches, athletes and their families, serving as a liaison to foster trust and engagement. Built and maintained these relationships creating a sustainable pipeline for future recruitment.

Outside of work, I have been blessed with 17 years of marriage (Stephanie Luke) and have two wonderful sons (Kellan 12, Porter 9). I love to spend time with my family, and enjoy everything sports, fitness and FUN.
