Jiu Jitsu: I have been training in Jiu jitsu since the age of 17 I love to grow my skills in this setting to improve my physical health as well as my confidence in my physical abilities The community that trains Jiu jitsu is a very tight knit and close community, I do my best when I am a member of such a community
