- Maintain processes and troubleshoot issues to ensure highest level of efficiency.
- Troubleshoot causes of scrap and rework, plus verify scrap and rework percentages when needed.
- Calibrate and record chemical and Poly streams according to check sheet specifications.
- Record mold temperatures, material flow rates, pump and head pressures, mold release streams, ambient temps and humidity, plus settings for other equipment involved with production.
- Control all aspects of blending chemicals, plus perform water titration testing of finished blends to ensure they are within specifications.
- Operate and troubleshoot Motoman and Fanuc pour robots, mold release robots, and clip machine robots.
- Troubleshoot clip machines and MIR cart delivery robots.
- Program tool changes, verify appearance of and log parts for quality testing.
- Monitor airbag pressures on tools.
- Use forklift to deliver chemicals and wax to designated areas for usage.
- Use HAZMAT training in order to contain and clean up hazardous chemical leaks and spills.
