  • Keep process controls within required specifications.
  • Maintain processes and troubleshoot issues to ensure highest level of efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot causes of scrap and rework, plus verify scrap and rework percentages when needed.
  • Calibrate and record chemical and Poly streams according to check sheet specifications.
  • Record mold temperatures, material flow rates, pump and head pressures, mold release streams, ambient temps and humidity, plus settings for other equipment involved with production.
  • Control all aspects of blending chemicals, plus perform water titration testing of finished blends to ensure they are within specifications.
  • Operate and troubleshoot Motoman and Fanuc pour robots, mold release robots, and clip machine robots.
  • Troubleshoot clip machines and MIR cart delivery robots.
  • Program tool changes, verify appearance of and log parts for quality testing.
  • Monitor airbag pressures on tools.
  • Use forklift to deliver chemicals and wax to designated areas for usage.
  • Use HAZMAT training in order to contain and clean up hazardous chemical leaks and spills.
  • Practice 3s in all work areas in order to maintain cleanliness, organization and safety.
