My family has always owned a large military construction company that I was introduced to as a young teenager starting out as hands on and learning the essentials of every job needed to be completed in turn key projects from the ground up.
After spending two years of playing football at East Carolina University, the company needed my experience to operate the company due to my experience and expertise. I have worked hands on in the field as well as in the office. I am highly proficient with manual labor, supervising crews of 20 or more. I have been the direct Superintendent and I am highly experienced in Human Resources such as hiring/firing individuals as well as working with small/large companies, government agencies, subcontractors as well as General Contractors for the larger scale corporations and businesses.
I have efficiently exceeded expectations of all jobsites that I have been assigned to such as military bases, government jobsites, large scale hospitals, dorms , military headquarters, etc.
I have obtained extensive knowledge of how the construction industry operates and what is expected, however, I am seeking to further my knowledge to advance within my construction career. I pride myself in being a leader as well as leading by example and working/coordinating work teams.
