The sensation and emotions felt by creation of always peaked my interest. I was 12 and I experienced my first legitimate chef table. I was mesmerized by the rush that I had received by watching art being created in such a chaotic but beautiful way. Being able to observe this is what inspired me to pursue my love and interest of the culinary world. While pursuing this path that I have chosen for myself I have learned so much about the culture and the art that is culinary arts. I've learned that a kitchen is way more than just food prepping and serving people but about so many different variables that create a successful kitchen as well as successful team, In this hunt for knowledge I find myself looking for for different kitchens to learn and devote myself to. All to create a better understanding of the culinary world and its culture.
