• Minor irrigation repairs- replacing heads/risers,

adjusting sprinklers if needed

Summer

• Mowing, trimming, blowing accounts every week

• Maintaining landscape beds regarding weed control

either pulling or spraying round up.

• Mid summer trimmings

Fall

• Clean ups involving shrub trimming, cutting down

grasses/plants.

• Pulling annual flowers

• Leaf removal

• Curbside leaf pickup- Sucked up leaves with a tow

behind vac system

• Getting prepared for winter- Transitioning

equipment, getting sidewalk equipment ready,

plows on trucks, accounts staked

Winter

• Snow removal

• Plowed commercial and residential using truck

with front and back blade

• Clearing sidewalks with equipment/shoveling

• Salted lots/sidewalks with either granular salt or calcium chloride
