• Welded with carbon steel,stainless steel,aluminum.
• Welded positions in Flat 1G-1F,Horizontal 2G-2F,Vertical 3G-3F, and Overhead positions 4G-4F. Other Pipe welding positions were 5G & 6G.
• Arc welding,Gas welding,Resistance welding were a few major processes on the ship i welded.
• We were on different jobs all the time so our welding types changed from day to day sometimes.Completed welding projects using.

- Stick welding/Tig welding(GTAW)/Flux-cored arc welding(FCAW)/Shielded Metal arc welding(SHAW)/Gas metal arc welding (GMAW)/Submerged arc welding(SAW)/Pulse arc welding.

• Inspected welds and checked critical measurements to meet specifications.
• Fabricated shop parts directly from blueprints.
• Removed and repaired unacceptable welds with air arc and grinder to meet quality guidelines.
• Trained and supervised junior welders to use proper techniques, apply best practices and comply with quality standards.
