During my time at 5YP Management, I've had extraordinary opportunities on many professional levels to support my path of being successful in the business and sales industry through a management training program at the highest level. From building lasting relationships with customers and clients to consulting with other offices nationwide on leadership development/management skills, along with recruiting and conducting interviews into our office. Accolades include being a current Leader of Leaders with a team that is enduring the management training process as well, conducting interviews as a reward of consistency with accounts being closed for customers and experience in recruiting-building relationships with those interested in the opportunity of becoming a part of our office, setting up the interviews on a scheduled date and time. My most notable accolade would be getting invited to a National Business Conference(NATCON) put on by AT&T and DirecTV in Arlington, Texas in August of 2025 for the top sales representatives in the nation and being selected to attend by my CEO Sofia Lundkvist. Across 100+offices nationwide, I found myself within the top 300 reps in the nation in a matter of my first 3 months with the Company. This was a phenomenal experience towards my development as a Professional in the Industry, as well as a young man. It allowed me to have the vision for why I do what I do every day-to ensure customer satisfaction, promote client/product awareness, build relationships and teach others to become strong/successful individuals that will one day lead a team of their own.
In September of 2024 I started my own side business, a pressure washing and exterior cleaning company, allowing me to make some money aside from my primary job and also build up necessary labor and business skills. To provide service, I must first advertise and go door to door and relay information to potential clients about my services. The first season went very well for the start and with many more clients lined up every year, it proves to be a steady source of passive income.
