• Scheduled and led final City and Fire sign-offs for ERRCS and fire alarm systems to secure occupancy ahead of launch date.

• Built and delivered a 2.3 million square foot Amazon Fulfillment Center within 10-months and $250 million budget, ahead of client's launch date.
