· Flexibility of providing HR guidance and support in a corporate and fulfillment center environment to on-site operations leadership on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly objectives through various metrics based on site.
· Supports a client group of 1,110+ hourly associates and salaried managers with routine, day-to-day HR policy questions, scheduling, compensation, and any immediate inquiries for all levels.
