  • Took on additional responsibilities: Participating in weekly Service Advisor and Estimator coaching calls / DRP Performance and Compliance Calls with our Strategic Partners / Managing our DRP and Adverse Carriers' Labor Rates / Monthly AR File Reviews and Collections.
  • Effectively worked and managed our CCC DRP ScoreCard and State Farm RPM Report results.

  • Contacted by Collision Works CEO to develop and manage a successful Central Review Team for the Collision Works Organization.
  • Completely revamped the Collision Works Central Review Advisor rules set and estimating routing processes.
  • The newly re-organized Central Review Team was successful in improving the State Farm RPM results along with completely eliminating the Quarterly Farmers Insurance Performance Payback Penalties.
  • Conducted monthly (Teams Meetings) and in-person Estimatics training classes.

  • Developed a completely new Central Review Team for AutoNation Collision Services.
  • Responsible for managing DRP related activities for all 82 Collision Center locations: Labor Rates / DRP Performance ScoreCards / CSI / and Compliance.
  • Maintained on-going professional relationships will all DRP Strategic Partners.
  • Was able to add the Farmers MSO GRP program allowing all of AutoNations' Collision Center to participate and include Farmers as a Strategic Partner.
  • Also added the Chubb, Pure, Amica, Allstate, and Liberty Mutual DRP programs to numerous AutoNation Collision Center facilities.
  • Managed the ICAR Gold status for all 82 centers.
  • Organized, created process flows, and trained a third party vendor to manage our internal Call Center.

  • Primary Strategic Account focus was for the Farmers GRP Program.
  • Took on the Responsibilities of Managing Calibers' Central Review Team consisting of 20 Analysts in Texas, 3 in California, and 2 in Virginia.
