Perform day to day operations such as greeting guests at the door, assisting bartenders by making drinks, running food to tables, bussing tables, ordering supplies or goods, scheduling front and back of house, organize weekly/monthly events, coordinate menus, balance books/tills, tip pool and support staff anywhere possible. Experience in banquets/catering events by cooking/serving.
Knowledge of operations both front/back of house by prior experience of every position in a restaurant before management.
Respite/overall care of grandfather who suffered from Alzheimer's disease. Due to his nature around caregivers that were not family I was the only person he would trust to take his daily medications or accept food.
