  • Analyze and enter payment information via internal tools for Special Payments, Settlements and Paycheck Print Exceptions company wide as requested
  • Process Military Compensation differential payments for employees using the company’s Military Tool following the guidelines set forth in the Field Users Guide
  • Analyze and process Update Leave Entitlement requests to comply with Labor contracts and/or Management PTO Policy along with State Laws in Infor for the employee’s PTO
  • Process Void and Replacement requests using the company’s internal tool to replace payroll checks
  • Partners with Bank of America to cancel the original checks as needed
  • Review and complete Non-Standard Vacation, Paid Time Off/Vacation Carryover Exception forms, employee vacation clean up requests and other entitlement related escalations received in our group Outlook inbox
  • Issue final wage checks for Executives in our group Outlook inbox and process cancelled and correcting employee’s movements within the company as requested
  • Partnered with Group Time Reporter to ensure Executive final wage checks don’t include auto allowance withheld from their checks upon separation
  • Process escalating incidents for Severance and Job Bank incident requests
  • Resolves Disability Underpayment escalated incidents by remove time coding as requested or forward the incident to the Disability Consultant group
  • Investigate and resolve employee overpayment causes due to time coding discrepancies to provide timely and accurate paychecks
  • Monitor and complete check requests entered in our Check Processing Tool for off cycle process; as well as make corrections to the Mis-Match report once the Mass/Batch process has been completed
  • Complete Promotion/Regression spreadsheet for Mobility employee’s to update entitlements to reflect the new, correct amounts in an effort to reduce the amount of Update Leave Entitlement forms the department would have to submit
  • Investigate Exempt pay group Military payroll errors to determine the cause of the error and make any necessary corrections to ensure the employee’s regular pay cycle will run correctly
  • Monitors Special Pay Lock List report for Non-Priority State separations and Leave of Absence actions
  • Once the Action has posted, off cycle checks are issued accordingly
  • Assist associates and supervisor with policies and procedures as needed
  • Add/Cancel employee’s direct deposit via Workday
  • Timely and 100% accurate completion of assigned work with minimal supervision
  • Thorough knowledge of Human Resources Policies and the Management PTO Policy
  • Trains new associates on Special Pay policies, procedures and payroll systems; as well as assist peers with daily tasks pertaining to Special Pay functions
