Redlock Productions organizes different competition events for Recreational and All-Star cheer. From being a camp counselor, I have worked my way to Site Coordinator. Kasper is a before and after-school program designed to watch over children. I was responsible for planning, leading, and implementing core and non-core programs and experiences for the children. Was responsible for general safety and development, growth, and skill achievement of the participants of his/her group ages 5 through 12. Not only watching over the kids, but I supervised a crew of 5 employees and made sure everyone was on the same page about the rules of our program. Lastly, I had to communicate with parents of the children if there was any issues going on and to ensure we continued to create a positive experience for everyone.
