During my 8 hours volunteering at the Moses Lake High School as a student proctor for the Math Is Cool Event, I was tasked with keeping an eye on the children and disciplining them if needed, I had to remain vigilant to ensure that there was no harm done to any objects in the room, or any harm exchanged between scholars. I passed out math workbooks, timed the students on their tests, collected and organized paperwork, and I had to utilize my public speaking skills with students and peers alike, I also served as an aid to any adults taking part in the event.
