Brooke Shipley

I started off in 2022 as a customer service specialist where I practiced more customer service. I helped customers find what they needed in the store and gave recommendations to customers that wanted a product that we did not have. I worked the register as well where I would ring people out. As a shift manager I still practice customer service and work the registers however, I also work up at the salon and spa area where I check clients in and book appointments. I also work in the office using Microsoft Excel to make schedules and Microsoft Word as well as answering emails.

As a stylist I was in charge of booking appointments and helping brides or bridesmaids find the dress they want to wear for the big day. I also practiced customer service. I not only found the customer a dress but I also would help find the whole look such as shoes and jewelry.

I was trained on how to make drinks and desserts the first week. I was also responsible for putting food in bags and delivering the order to different stalls. I worked mid-day to night shifts the whole time I worked here. I was also responsible for restocking supplies like cups, lids, ice cream trays, bags, and the ice machine. I was also working at the register where I would place orders. I was taught good customer service and patience.
