De-escalating situations is a huge asset I learned as a nurse. If donors are upset and cannot donate based on criteria, I learned to communicate to donors in a way they communicate leading them to understand. Deescalating situation is a very important nursing quality to have.

  • Ever dinner is having a reaction I quickly use my critical thinking and skills to assess the situation and treat the donor according to what is going on.
  • Council donors regarding sexually transmitted diseases if they were to pop up in our sample testing. Communication and developing a strong rapport are very important skills I use while doing this. I believe this is an asset and a great Nursing quality. An outpatient settings report is very important, and I use it every day when I work.
