Also create Excel sheets to capture information; monitor D365A transactions, create journals, and transfer orders. I worked with Mainframe on a daily basis to monitor transactions, fix issues and also issue parts when needed. Production Worker

Winnebago
Waverly, IA
01.2019 - 11.2022
  • Since starting at Winnebago I have had numerous responsibilities depending on where I am working. While working for 817 for a year, my main area was welding, then learned termination, and coax/av. It taught me to be well organized, focused, and time management. Due to issues not related to myself, I was transferred to 818, where I have worked for the last two years. In that time I have learned every position within 818 from lay-up, pre-housing, shipping, and quality lead. As Quality lead my responsibilities were to identify and correct issues on looms and mylars, and run pilots and service parts. To document all issues and teach co-workers so the same mistake did not happen again. I also stepped in for the Lead when they were not available, giving out work direction, and making sure everyone stayed focused and on task.

This job taught me to be self-sufficient, patient, and motivated. I’ve learned to be a great leader and motivator. I also was given the responsibility of Safety Champion. My responsibilities were to complete New Hire checklists, monthly safety walks, and train co-workers on new company procedures and policies regarding safety.
