The Grotto Commissions (2021) started in quarantine during the Covid-19 pandemic and was actively expanded upon through selling services such as custom Discord template layouts, Website UIX designs, Typography, Carrd website designs, Minecraft 3D Render Models, Skin Textures, Pixel Art and Peer Proofreading services and academic helps. It was continued through the pandemic and quarantine with sales reaching 30 before 2022, where it was rebranded to Jubilee's Galaxy after the creation of a better Carrd website layout, Typeform application submission form, Zapier Discord server integrations, Instagram creation and Twitter release. The projects continued to expand and Brooklen Cloutier, who went by fairytears and @sparklesthegob(lin) on their social medias, continued to expand their portfolio and reached $1,954.94 by 2023. This estimated to over 100 invoices and in 2023 was rebranded to Beelzebub's Hotline with name, color palette, and more services pending. It is individually lead and owned, and has an official trademark that is unpublished and yet to be registered in the USPTO. Now, Brooklen Cloutier continues to expand her social medias: selling in over 26 servers, being a verified artist in 19 of the 26. She also sells on Twitter, Instagram, Ko-Fi, Patreon, and is planning an expansion onto Etsy. All projects are made individually by her and planned within Google Docs services. She has extensive knowledge on Zapier, HTML embed, and other bot integrations to create pings and make self-working confirmation and application systems with Trello and Typeform.
