I have excelled in my role as a floor officer, serving as a Field Training Officer for nine colleagues and independently managing the paperwork for the last two at the same time. As the only female officer for a significant period, I have been a crucial member of my shift, consistently demonstrating reliability by arriving on time and completing my tasks efficiently. My commitment is evident in my punctual submission of Field Training Evaluations, often ahead of schedule. I am dedicated to enhancing my performance for my own benefit, my peers, and the community, setting clear goals to maintain my motivation. My understanding of the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office's policies and procedures is extensive, and I consistently apply this knowledge to ensure my tasks are completed efficiently, often ahead of schedule. I have demonstrated my ability to work independently, proving myself to be a reliable officer who consistently meets deadlines and maintains high performance standards. In my two years with the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office, I have only missed five days due to illness, underscoring my dependability and commitment to my role. I have completed many overtime opportunities throughout my years with Cascade County and have continued to do so.
