Took calls for Verizon. It always varied. One call was never the same.

I helped people pay their bill.

I helped people switch/add/ make changes to their current account.

I assisted people with changing phone numbers.

As well as walking customers through setting up/activating new device(s).

Took calls for geek squad with people who had technical issues, & I also did remote ins occasionally.
