As a UCA staffer (Universal Cheerleaders Association Staffer), my role is to provide instruction, leadership, and support to cheerleaders and coaches at UCA camps and events. UCA staffers are passionate about cheerleading, skilled in teaching techniques, and committed to promoting team spirit and safety. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to inspire and motivate athletes, and the capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
