Athletic workouts shadowing -3x a week learning and observing different athletes engage in planned workouts
Biggest Losers Class- Coached and structured boot camp workouts for clients in a two month stretch; perfecting form and offering modified workouts for clients with low ROM or long term injuries. Being their support and guiding them to reach their weight loss/strength goals.
Cross fit shadowing- Observing and learning the methods and training used specifically for cross fit.
Personal Training- Being assigned a client and meeting with that client 3 times a week, structuring and creating a workout plan based on that clients needs and goals.
