Operations Manager at a Church is a title that directs a concept that there is a common thread of support to all ministries. A central awareness of thing that need to be accomplished for the work of the ministry. It does not imply that I know everything, but that which I am made aware of, I will find the best most cost effective method of fulfilling the request.

Direct Custodial team to do ongoing set-ups and cleaning based on scheduled events
Direct Volunteer Building Stewards for staff requested skilled projects
Direct Head hospitality Coordinator to execute hospitality requests and to maintain a fully equipped kitchen
Oversee Emergency Response Team to fulfill Best practices on security and safety issues that arise. Also includes scheduling training recruiting participants.
Recruit hire and direct outside contractors
Handle insurance claims that relate to facility damage
Oversee internal personal or contractors for landscaping and irrigation needs
Oversee sales and maintenance of the Churches cemetery
Schedule snow removal contractors
Work with staff through our Planning Center On Line
(P.C.O.)to fulfill set ups, cleaning, Hospitality, security, and repairs.
