Schedule movement of all 3rd party vendors pre-frac as well as post frac for movement between wells. Supervise the execution of multiple wells of high rate slick water and linear gel zipper fracs. Execute designs distributed through the engineering department and stay in close communication with the team and suggest adjustments in the case that we see formation problems. • Oversee the makeup and installation of multi stage cementation tools.
• Assist onsite consultant and cementer with stage calculations to make sure stage tools as well as cement is set at proper well depths.

• Oversee field operations of 4 fulltime fracturing fleets and 1 daylight fleet.

• During this time period starting out as operations manager and moving into the district manager role, I provided support and advice from my leadership role.
• I also assisted in our quarterly KPI audits with several customers.
• During this time period, we were able to have a successful safety record and worked with some of the top customers based out of the Permian area and other regions.
• Areas covered during this time were the Barnet, Marcellus, Haynesville, and Permian Shales.

• Coordinate and set up all field services associated with the customer that we operated for.
• Met with each customer prior to each job in order to set up a dialog and receive expectations prior to starting each job.
• Safety and efficiency were our keys to success during this time period and still remains a key factor of success in my current operation.

• As a CDL driver I started with Diamondback Pumping Services as an Equipment Operator.
• During this time I made sure that all equipment was clean and maintained to operate on location in a successful manner.
• During the first year I was able to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment as well train as a fluid tech before being moved into a supervisor role.
• Following the first year as an equipment operator, I moved to the Field Supervisor role.
• This role involved me being in direct communication with the customer during the treatment of the well, as well as putting personnel in key positions in order to successfully complete each job.

• Operate and maintain equipment used during daily operations.

• Oversaw the development and launch of new apparel released by the company.Recruited, hired and trained new employees that were sent to numerous districts throughout the company.

• Oversaw assets stored at the return center.
• Assisted on our safety coordination team, helping to implement core safety rules with all new hires Current.
