• Investigated line and/or field claims and resolved inquiries to satisfaction in a timely manner.
• Work with customer and support through all new model launch events (prepare of PPAP, PSO,APQP as required).
• Interacted with customers to prevent quality problems prior to mass production; ensure Ours and the customers' quality requirements are met on all of production products.
• Interacted with various levels of employees in the Production, Engineering, Materials, and Planning Departments to prevent and/or remedy quality problems.
• Travel to customer locations to analyze and remedy quality problems, often traveling on short notice.
• Identify, study, and recommend new programs/processes to improve quality. Review quality trends to prevent or reduce defects.
• Support and assist the Quality Manager as needed.
• Perform other responsibilities and special projects as needed.
